Overview
MeetingTime Pro is a client-side web application. All data processing happens in your browser - we never collect, store, or transmit your personal information to our servers.
Data Collection
We collect NO data. All tools and features run entirely in your browser.
Data Storage
- Where: All data (timer history, saved configurations, timezone preferences) is stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB/localStorage
- Retention: User-controlled - you can clear browser data at any time
- Server Access: We have NO access to your local data
Third-Party Services
- AI Features: Meeting Planner includes an optional AI assistant that analyzes meeting descriptions to suggest optimal times. When used, your meeting description text is sent to our AI provider (via Vercel AI Gateway) for processing. No personal data or meeting results are stored on our servers.
- Analytics: We use Ahrefs Web Analytics for anonymous traffic tracking. This collects basic page view data (pages visited, referrer URLs) but does NOT track personal information, cookies, or cross-site activity. Learn more about Ahrefs Web Analytics
- External APIs: None for core functionality (timers, converters work entirely offline)
Your Control
- Clear browser data to remove all saved information
- Use browser's private/incognito mode for no data persistence
- No account or registration required
